The following terms and conditions are applicable to all projects and services provided by Chris Publishing.
Copyright Policy
The work we do on your behalf will remain under your ownership as per the mutually agreed terms. You retain complete freedom to use the content we create, edit, or proofread for you as you see fit. All intellectual property rights for your manuscript and book content belong to you.
Payment Procedure
The services offered by Chris Publishing will only commence after receiving the agreed payment in advance as specified in your project contract. The client will bear any and all transaction fees and taxes (if any) that are exclusive of the amount payable to Chris Publishing. Payment terms and schedules will be clearly outlined in your service agreement.
Unlimited Revisions
Our unlimited revision policy is applicable only if the following conditions are met. The revision request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery unless communicated otherwise in writing to the client by the concerned project manager or customer success manager. We strive to respond to any revision request within 2 business days, though our usual response time is around 24 hours.
Revision Turnaround Time
Based on the nature of your project, the following turnaround time for revisions will be observed. If you have placed an urgent order with a deadline of up to 24 hours, then the turnaround time for such revisions will be 24 hours. If you have placed an urgent order with a deadline of 24 to 48 hours, then the turnaround time for such revisions will be 48 hours. For normal orders with a deadline over 48 hours, the turnaround time for such revisions will be 72 hours.
Project Details and Requirements
Before initiating a project, we share certain brief forms, and clients are responsible for completing those forms accurately and promptly. The information we seek is critical to initiating a project, and we cannot entertain any claims if the client has not shared the required information. In case a client has reservations about the terms and conditions of the contract, such conflicts shall be resolved prior to initiating a project.
Refund Policy
According to our refund policy, you are free to claim a refund before we initiate your project. However, after project initiation, refunds will be processed after deductions of applicable transaction fees and taxes. Please note that refunds due to a change of mind are not applicable once work has begun. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may apply for a refund within 48 hours of your initial transaction. If we are unable to meet your expectations even with our Unlimited Revision policy, then you may claim a refund, which will be issued on a percentage basis depending on the work completed. If no refund request is received within 48 hours of your transaction or work being delivered (whichever comes first), then we will assume that the client is satisfied with the work delivered.

The company, along with its affiliates, associates, and employees, disclaims any liability for losses or harm incurred by individuals due to inadvertent inaccuracies in the website content. Relationship Between Parties

In the global market, our personnel may use pseudonyms based on the region they are engaging with to facilitate effective communication with customers.
Intellectual Property
Other than the content you own, under these Terms, Chris Publishing and its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this website.
